After 24hours of searching and downloading, this is the only thing that worked. You can skip the first steps by getting the files for your specific phone model on xperiastockrom. Com then continue as shown here. I made the mistake of not confirming wiping of data which was necessary as in my case I couldn't remember the lock pattern. So I had to do a second flash which worked after a few tries. I guess it just requires lots of patience. Thank you for this!!! Z3 66603

Device selector not showing my phone

The phone is indeed stuck on the sony logo and won't go past it. It responds to power+volume up (buzzes 3 times). I can put it into fastboot mode (blue LED, flashtool recognizes the phone in fastboot mode). However, I can't put it into flashmode (LED goes green, but flashtool doesn't recognize it, Windows and Sony Companion doesn't either btw). Has anyone had this problem before and knows how to fix it or is it indeed a hardware issue?
